No Refunds or Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and delivered.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong style or size than what you ordered

Note: We do not accept exchanges if the product matches the size and style ordered. Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • In its original packaging with all tags intact

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, exchanges will no longer be accepted.
